Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unopened and unused (still sealed in its original shrink wrap or factory seal)

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@paulatimgolf.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at info@paulatimgolf.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
